My wife's Renault Clio Sport Tourer 86dCi arrived at lunchtime today, less than a week from ordering it, and seven weeks earlier than had we ordered it from our local Renault dealer! She is delighted with the car, and the whole buying process has been a model of friendly and professional service. You have now supplied three generations of the Huggins clan! My father first bought from Pat some years ago, and I bought two Citroen C3 diesels nearly eight years ago for my children when they graduated from university. After finding my local showroom not particularly helpful and unwilling to do any deals on this car, it was especially refreshing to deal with you. You were able to discuss with me the specifics of what I was looking for and the understood the importance to me of keeping to my budget. Your discounts on the new Polo were also so good that I could have the extras I wanted. I was, initially, worried about buying a car through the internet and being referred to a dealer so far from home, but dealing with your VW contact was a pleasure. She was happy and able to answer all my queries on the purchase and the whole process was so painless, including the free delivery which I appreciated. The delivery man made sure I had a good look at the car, showed me around the controls and waited while a did a test drive before he left. I was a little sad to see my ancient jalopy being carted off, but am very excited to go on a road trip this weekend in my beautiful new car.
